Why I write Novels
I have always loved to use the imagination of my inner child and tell stories. As a teacher it offered one of the best ways to get a point across to high school students with short attention spans. As an outside salesman jotting down my thoughts helped motivate prospects to buy through my oral presentations. From the small literary club in my high school days, where we critiqued each other's writings, to the Community College Adult Education course I attended, I have aspired to master the art of the written word. Now in retirement, my time is filled with the joy of novel writing. My desire is not to become wealthy or renowned as an author but to entertain anyone who wishes to read my work and be offered a respite from the crazy world; perhaps a few relaxing hours on a beach or sitting under a tree in your backyard on an Autumn day. Enjoy!
